These chairs are exactly as they look in picture. The only tiny issue is that the pillow inclosed (a little wimpy) is very necessary to use for lower back support. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend. Its okay
It was easy enough to put together by myself and Im not handy at all. One of the first steps said to use a wrong size screw, though, but it was easy to figure out. My biggest complaint is that the chair is not comfy at all. In fact, its difficult to find a position that is even semi/comfortable while sitting in the chair. I have another MCM chair in a different color and from a different brand that was way easier to put together and a lot comfier! I wouldve ordered it again, but it was out of stock. Also, whoevers bright idea it was to screw the arm rests/sides of the chair to plywood and ship it like that is awful. It wouldve been fine to wrap them in bubble wrap and ship it like that, and this wouldve saved a lot of time. Overall, its just an ehhh chair and I wouldve paid more for a different chair if I knew this one was so blah. Im not going through the hassle of returning it so Ill just recommend nobody sit in it, although its nice to look at.
I felt I did an adequate amount of research, but unfortunately, the wood handles are super orange. I didnt think it looked like that online, but I think maybe it is highlighted by my wood floor color (natural oak finish). Im disappointed, I wanted to love these. the product is beautiful and honestly exceeded my expectations

I purchased the set of two because they appeared comfortable and many others purchased it plus the video on assembly made it look super easy. It definitely was super easy. Both chairs were assembled in 30 minutes, they are very sturdy and are not low at all. Im 52 and its a perfect height for me. Highly recommend them I am very happy with it
This chair came with a stain before I even touched it. Easy to put together when you think about what makes sense and pretty much ignore the instructions. I had a different number of screws than the inventory had so I kept thinking I was missing something. Comfy chair but annoyed with the stain
udpate customer service was great and offered to send me a replacement cushion for the stained one. Unfortunately the date passed for which I needed the chair, and company gave me a refund. Really appreciated that great customer service.
Really nice chairs. Not hard to assemble but they are really low to the ground. If buying for an office think of your clientele and whether they can get up and down. Cushions very firm and the blue color is nice. Im keeping them but wish they were 2 inches higher. Awesome piece of product
