Ive had these for about a month now and absolutely love them! One did arrive damaged, so I contacted the seller and they quickly offered to send me a replacement. Awesome customer service! The chair itself is easy to assemble and looks terrific! The chair isnt incredibly cushy / you can tell that from the picture / but its still great for lounging in for a few hours. Im very pleased with them. What a great buy!
The chair is very attractive seems to be sturdy. Comfort is the problem. There is very little cushion in the seat. When you sit down it feels like bare wood. Im enjoying it so far!
The fabric on one of these chairs (the one that is sat in about 1/day versus the one that is not sat in at all) is already ripping along the seam after less than four months. The quality is unacceptable especially for the price. I contacted the seller and they offered me 10 (What) and said it was past the return window. A return window is for if I change my mind. If you apply that logic, the chair should only last three months. I was told it was still functional. Um, I dont keep ripped furniture in my home, so no, its not. This is a defective item and should be fully refunded or replaced, unless ripped furniture is your decor style. Beware of this crap ordered from China and the complete lack of service and quality that comes with it from the seller and , who carries the products.
After shopping around places like Wayfair for a while I settled on these. They got that great leather look and smell. Pretty comfortable in my opinion. Seem sturdy enough. Look great as an accent piece. And the best part, theres TWO of them. Winner. So far Im super happy with it!
Everyone that comes in my office is commenting on these chairs. Not only do they look great, they are large and comfortable for taller/larger people to sit in and chat with me. One chair came without screws and the company shipped me the parts quickly with an apology. Happy, happy. Exactly what I was looking for.
I love the look of these, like loveee! But they are not made for every dah comfort chairs. I have ikea chairs currently and were wanting to replace them with these but these care not comfortable enough to replace my IKEA chairs. So they will be used for decorative chairs. The leather seems nice, but again not overly comfortable. Definitely not something you would want to sit it for a long period of time, but fine for looks for short visits. however I would not recommend anyone buy this.
I ordered 2 and received them faster than expected. Only had them for a day but love the way they look and feel. They look just like the product pictures. The chairs were very easy to assemble it took me like 15 minutes to assemble both chairs. My husband is 6ft 300lbs and sits in them comfortable. Meets Expectations
These chairs are gorgeous. Some other reviews mentioned they were bigger than expected in a good way and I agree. Pleasantly surprised.
If youre looking for chairs for comfort, these wont be for you. Theyre very comfortable but not plush in any sense. Overall, very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend! Looks so good!
