Wow. Extremely impressed by the quality of this frame. They even provide a ratchet to make your life easier when assembling. Assembly time by myself (Handy, 30 year old male) was about an hour. It was simple and everything was labeled for easy step/by/step instructions. All the drill holes and screws lined up perfectly. The frame is solid with no squeaking. The slats are connected and have Velcro that secure to the base so theres no movement.
The kicker is the package included 3 blank Thank You cards to send to friends and family. A genius marketing move and going the extra mile to show they care.
