sent me a replacement controller and when I had issues with that they sent me a new desk altogether for the hassle. Ive been incredibly impressed at the service and I really enjoy the desk. I would absolutely recommend it for those looking for a simple yet functional standing desk.
The desk has changed my life. I hardly sit down for work now and now that i have an actual desk, opposed to sitting on the couch with my laptop i feel much more productive! I ordered the smallest version but wishing i would have ordered a little larger because with two monitors, my laptop, and keyboard. its a little tight fit. Im thinking ordering monitor arms to attach for more flexibility. My other concern is when the desk is raised to its highest height that it wobbles. Not sure what i can do to address this but im hoping Ill figure something out. Also my man Lemon from customer support took care of me and ensured i got my white broccli card gift, thank you for following through. I was a little skeptical at first when i didnt hear back from them so i sent a follow up email and all was taken care of, cant wait to try out the new stand up mat!
Desk works great the compartment is only good for light things so my 13yr son decided to take it down just got more annoying. Otherwise only reason I rated it 4. Plus had a 2 inch scratch on top but company said they would exchange but we needed it right away so just dealt with scratch. 13 ur old put together. So not real hard. Overall would recommend desk
They have a decent idea with good hardware for the lifting mechanism, but the most important part / the desktop wood / is cheap, not sturdy comes in 2 pieces. So when you assemble, they dont line up properly leaves one edging above the other leaving a wedge. The other components like the cable organizer draw are fancy but cheap fragile built. I will definitely be replacing the board once this one falls apart / which I guess will be soon. To the company: If you intend to be innovative, deliver premium quality for the price, dont just pretend innovative go cheap.
Update: Sellers customer service reached out to me offering some other items as compensation for the bad experience. Appreciate the gesture, but declined so that Im not obliged to revise my review to positive.
There are much better sturdier and quality products available in stores like Scandinavian design etc. with all the fake reviews is losing the trust worthiness. In an actual retail store, you can at least touch and feel before buying furniture.
Shipping was fast, product easy to assemble pretty detailed instruction guide, accurate information and graphics of pieces, however the cable box was missing and the drawer rails. Mistakes happens, their support replies fast and fulfilled the issue.
Also the small wheels on the leg help a lot while assembling, I wasnt expecting that , with that plus you can easily move your desk for cleaning or relocation.

I appreciate the wire holders, side hooks, usb and drawer. Caution if you push against the drawer as I dropped mine leaning against it (would have been better if there was more support on the bottom). Overall happy with the purchase.
disappointed in this desk. It has a split right down the middle. I had bought a autonomus desk earlier in the year and needed another for my husband. it was going to be 6 months so I ordered this one. you can certainly tell the difference in quality. I will most likely return. I would keep it if it didnt have the 2 piece top.

Not difficult to assemble, works great! Its a plus that I could put in the wheel castors so I can easily move it around the room.
