The length of this unit was a problem for me because the space I wanted to put it in was only 77 in. one area that could use improvement is the drawers. there isnt a track in which they glide to keep them aligned. there are roller wheels connected to the bottom of the drawers. they roll on the floor or your carpet. Just follow the instructions and youll be fine!!
Probably the worst set of directions Ive worked with. Pictures are poor, no instructions, some of the part numbers didnt match those in the pictures. Some steps are skipped, you have to keep going back to see if you got all of the parts right. Materials poorly labeled to match to steps. Left 2 phone messages and one email for customer service, nobody returned my call. Finally got someone the 3rd call. Didnt want to hear my problem, just wanted to know what part number i needed. Turns out, they labeled the part in the picture incorrectly and so i got the wrong part. Lastly, the guard rail, most important piece,was not threaded propertly to get the allen bolt in. Im going to have to put my own solution to work to firmly attach it. I put another bunk together 2 weeks ago from another manufacturer and it only took 3 hours. This was a 6 hour adventure. pick another bed. I was actually pretty disappointed.
This product arrived missing part B, the bottom side piece that encloses the bottom of the bed.
Other than that, we love the bed! It definitely took 2 people to assemble, and several hours. We love it

My husband put it together, lots of pieces. Great for the price! Kids love it, seems study Very well built
Bunk Bed
Took about 6 hours to put together, one person assembling. But the end result is an aming quality bunk bed. My kids cant get enough. GREAT LOVE IT
