Update to my earlier review. The second customer service representative who I spoke with gave me the name and contact phone number of the recliner vendor (). The customer service representative was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. After listening to my description of the problem, he determined that the recliner base unit needed to be replaced. I received the replacement base unit by UPS in six days (in Honolulu, Hawaii). The recliner works really well. One comment on the outstanding customer service. After the customer service representative got my email address, he sent me a test email while I was still on the phone call to be sure that our email connection was correct, and to be sure that I had his email address if I had to contact him for any reason.
The recliner worked really well, and fit in our master bedroom. However, after six weeks something went wrong such that the footrest is no longer connected to the seat back, and the seat back cannot be put in the upright position. I spoke with an customer service rep, but she could not help nor direct me to a vendor to try to fix the problem. The customer service rep also advised me that the recliner did not have a warranty.
I love this chair! It was super easy to assemble, it is small and light weight so it's easy to move around the room, and it is comfortable. I keep falling asleep on it when I recline. But the is a problem: my cat believes this is his chair so I have to fight him for it! (We don't really fight.)
These are awesome chairs! Extremely easy to assemble and they are so nice because they are deep enough but they are comfortable but you can also recline them. Definitely a great buy!
I wanted an inexpensive, but nice looking chair, to replace the one in our living room that the cats destroyed. No matter what I try the cats just wouldn't leave it alone, so I didn't want to spend a lot of money on another chair I had to replace in a few years. So far so good, with some super strength double stick tape on all the right spots, they've left this chair alone and it looks great in my living room. I love the fabric and color, and it's a pretty comfortable occasional chair. Firm. Nice for when guests come over, but they wont want to snuggle down and stay long. Perfect. It's also wide for larger persons, but I can't imagine a large man would feel comfortable in this for long, it's a little on the small size over all, just has a nice wide seat. If you have a moderate to smaller sized living room this will be just the right fit.
Looks nothing like the photo in the 360 back view. I literally bought it because the back of the chair looked neat and finished off well. So very disappointed. The back is visible at its location in my family room. The front of the chair however, looks like the photo displayed on site.

Comfy and lite
