OK. Piece inside where the bottom rests was broken. Relatively easy fix with some wood glue and a hammer....but worth noting.

Looks good in my entry way, but it was a little difficult to put together. I messed up and put the wrong screws in the front storage part and it went through the wood. I patched it and painted it, but still a frustrating time. Was thinking the piece was a little taller
Beautiful and sturdy. Wish it was wider with more hooks 4 is not enough if you have a large family and put more than 1 jacket or coat per person. Love the storage in the bench comes in handy to put lightweight jacket in when you change them out for winter coats. I did not have any problems putting this together by myself it was easy however when using the screw covers on outside area a couple of mine is to small and keeps falling out.
Love this!! Needed something for my rental to hang coats and bookbags so I didnt ruin their walls! and this was perfect! Although I wish it was a little more wide! The bookbags definitely overlap each other!
Easy to put together but a little smaller then expected, but still looks great. If size is important find something bigger. Other then that awesome bench

I think it looks great... For the money... Sturdy enough for a 4 person household ..i like the storage for not in use shoes
