The shipment was fast with no problems! The shelf is easy to put together and works great as a night stand for a bed room lamp. It has two shelves for books and what-not, too!
I have to say that this shelf is well made for the price I paid. It is made with solid wood. Paint is probably too dark for espresso (All my furniture are supposed to be espresso color but this shelf is the darkest) but evenly applied. When closely inspected, there are some dents but they are relatively minor and does not affect the function. I was able to build it by myself within 20 minutes. If someone helped me, it could probably take just 10 minutes or less. The shelf is not perfectly level, but was not a major issue--I was able to fix it easily. Just attach felt on the bottom section.
The only reason I gave 4 stars is that the price seems unstable. When I looked at the price today, it is 50% more than I paid a few weeks ago. I was probably lucky to find it when their supply was too low (or too high?)
Overall, it is very good quality shelf and I am very happy with it.
I ended up using this for my bed side table. It is big enough for it and is nicely suited for my darker headboard with plenty of room for phones, alarm clock, lamp, etc...love it! very easy to put together, light and sturdy shelves.
Easy to set up, took about 10 minutes. Im using them to hold a pair of Polk Monitor 40s speakers. So far, so good. Wish it was a bit cheaper, other than that no complaints.
I was pleasantly surprised by how sturdy yet easy to assemble this shelf is. It is a perfect small side table to sit next to a chair in a corner - which is why I bought it.
Very nice little wood shelf I use it in a reception area for my massage business and it holds magazines and serves its purpose as a nice little drink holder.
They look okay. Well start with 5 stars and work our way down.
At close to $0 a pop, and weighing almost nothing, I was surprised to see that these needed to be put together. (I got two of them to use for bedside stands.) They only took 90 minutes to assemble, but honestly? I could have gone to and saved forty bucks, easy. Subtract one star.
One of the stands assembled perfectly- the other one did not. Several of the guide holes were misaligned, and I had to get my drill out and do some minor carpentry to make assembly happen. Not cool- subtract one star.
My last concern is about the finish. As in- this stand has no sealant. Just a quicky stain job. The wood is a cheap and resiny pine. After a half hour in my bedroom, the place started to reek of pine. Not my favorite smell. So I went to the local Lowes, bought some wood sealant, and spent a few hours lovingly sealing these babies up. Subtract one star.
NOW, the pros- Pro 1- these are really small, and perfect for very small apartments like mine. If they were bigger, I would have sent them back. The compact size is a big plus. So I fixed them up and kept them.
Pro 2- After some drilling and wood sealant, they dont look all that bad. Im not keeping them for long, but theyll do until something better catches my eye.
Would I buy them again? Nope. I also cannot recommend them at this price point. If you see them at $20 a pop, grab them. Theyre worth it. If you dont like pine reek, be sure to get some wood sealant from your local hardware store.

Does that fine. Not that hard to put together
Got this to sit by the front door to hold a lamp and be a place to put mail. Does that fine. Not that hard to put together.

Color comes off
Color comes off to show white/pine underneath. Very odd. It just rubs off!
Meh
