The chair seat and back are very hard which is obvious as soon as you sit down, and its overall an uncomfortable chair. The fabric does not look like real . I tried to return it and because of the wedge shaped box and overall dimensions, the cost of returning it was higher than the cost of the chair itself.
Gorgeous chairs. Compliments on them all the time. Excellent color of brown, not too much yellow/orange pigment. Classy, modern and comfy! Bought two great value for the money, durable.
I received the chairs within a few days but realized that the color did not work for the space intended. Also, the upholstery is quite plastic looking. My request to return was approved as self pay. I checked with DLH, FEDEX, UPS and even the post office and the lowest quote I got was 680 to ship the two chairs back. This company knows that people wont spend more on shipping than what they paid for the chairs in the first place. Hope I can sell them on marketplace! I am not happy.
Great quality chairs! Buy them!! Looks rich, not cheap! Looks like real ! Comfortable seating and I can even cross my legs over my lap. Great height. I think the weight capacity is around 270.DONt quote me on that though. Great seller and fast shipping. Both arrived at dusk in two separate boxes. My 16 year old put one together. One base and like 5 screws! Had a flaw with one that had to be returned. The seller offered a couple of options. Excellent communication. Fast responses. They did send a free return label and a new chair was sent I think the same day they received it, so within a week I had a new chair! Thank you! I will be buying from this seller again. Looking at their futons. Im a happy customer!! Wow!! This was a great buy!!
These are awesome chairs! The color is beautiful and chic, surprisingly soft. Super easy to put together, took me 15 minutes to assemble both chairs! cute.
These chairs shipped very quickly and got her before the specified arrival date. They are very comfortable. At first they are firm but the more you sit on them they get softer but still hold their form. Great addition to a medium sized space. Yes, Its great. loves it.
