its literally only four screws and just a putting of a base with the stand trust me if I can do it anyone can do it.
Also the height is perfect it goes up my counter from my island is 34 1/2 inches tall these are perfect if they go down far enough and they go up high enough easy to wipe off with a Lysol or Clorox wipes and clean the stand with Windex look great reliable.

These were not hard to assemble. They are very comfortable and pretty sturdy, we have ours on carpet and they dont tip. great for guests
