I had to edit my review because while I love the way it looks and feels, it is NOT comfortable. My back started hurting after an hour and I didnt realize the back isnt very high therefore the arm rests are really low and uncomfortable. Very unhappy with this product.
I was expecting the cushion at the bottom to be a bit springy, but its soft, yet firm. One of the metal slats was warped, but once I adjusted it a little with a wrench, everything fit together well (could have been slightly dinged in shipping). Assembly was clear and relatively quick, and it looks great. Im very content with this purchase at the discounted 180 instead of the normal 300. The fabric is very soft and easy to clean. Product was just as descriproduct
We unpacked our chair and found no instructions. It appeared as though the top portion of the chair was missing! We were very disappointed to get an incomplete chair, so we had to have UPS come pick it up and take it back and sent us a replacement. The new chair arrived with the instructions inside/ and it turns out that the top portion of the chair was stored inside the bottom section of the chair (hidden in the storage area!). So we went through the entire return for no reason. If the first chair had had its instructions it could have avoided a lot of headache! Its so pretty
A little clunky to get together if youre doing it by yourself, but ultimately took less than 15/20 minutes for me. Its firm in the right places and I enjoy sitting in it. The back isnt very high, doesnt reach my shoulders so if youre looking for neck support this chair isnt it. I definitively think the price is 25/50 higher than it should be and in the end wished I had looked around more to save money, but the product itself isnt bad and I cant fault that. Cute and good quality
Im really on the fence with this item, but will probably keep it to avoid the hassle of having my boyfriend return it, he purchased it as a gift. The images posted on are of a deep dark gray which this chair is not. I wouldve preferred it more if the color description was accurate. I assembled the chair by myself. Im pretty handy, but it did take a bit of maneuvering. The assembly process would probably go much smoother with four hands on deck.

Update: Ended up returning this item which wasnt as hard as I assumed it would be. however I would not recommend anyone buy this.
showed a few days after the order, great since it was Sunday instead of Monday. chair was a bit of a pain putting together since the back was in the bottom of the chair and it was a little difficult getting the back to separate from the bottom, but it finally pulled apart. seat is a bit stiff but comfort is good. I think it was worth the money spent. Great Buy

No instructions included!

not made to last
After only a few months springs began to collapse very poor design .material was great but overall not worth it. Returning.
