Update
I bought two of these bikes one about a year later had a faulty battery. I reached out to , sent in a short video as to what was occurring the said they would replace it free or charge honoring the two year warranty. Sent me a pre paid FedEx label to ship it back within a week of shipping a new one arrived. Works great! Good company great customer service. I still recommend this bike! Lots of fun!
Buy this electric bike, its easy to assemble supports a big guy like me at 260lbs without issue. Battery life is really good very pretty fast overall (20/25 mph). Ive added a red seat cover to match the red dots on the rims making the seat even more comfortable that the original it comes with. You need to buy this bike its fun I highly recommend!
Not a bad bike clicks when pedaling been a fight with costumer service but finally going to take it to a shop to get fix and send them the bill. But other than that its been great Ive put 100 mile are so on it and its fast and gets good miles on the battery.
This is my first ebike, and I think I lucked out. This thing is just great! Did my first real ride on it this morning and just had a blast. It was easy to put together. Its comfortable and easy to operate. The power, range and speed all seem more than adequate.
I have put about 150 miles on this bike. So far its been a great bike. Its not a complaint on my part but its important to know this is a very heavy bike. I take the battery out when folding, lifting, and unfolding. The heaviness also translates to a very sturdy bike with not rattles. Its hardy!
Ordered bike on 10/26/2021 and FedEx delivered on the 10/31/2021. Bike was easy to put together, nothing real hard. Ive only put 20 miles on it so far, but everything works as I suspect it would. Im 56, 67 yrs old, 165 lbs and this bike is big.
I have a little trouble when stopping and starting due to the height of the handle bars, which I have lowered as far as they will go.
Once Im riding this bike is a pleasure to ride and handles well.
Top speed is 21mph but really thats as fast as I ever want to go
There wasnt too much to put together except for pedals and seat. Everything was tight. Needed some air in the tires and a charge for the battery. The only issue I had was I had to adjust the rail that the battery slides down on. I just had to loosen a screw and move the rail a hair. Would definitely buy another one.
Edit Going on year 2 and 1000+ miles. No major issues. Brakes needed some work and seat post and seat have been replaced to make it easier for my shorter size to ride.
My former bike was very similar to the except that it had a 350 W motor and the 48 v battery was on the crossbar. On my first ride on the I rode 16 miles on a mostly flat bike trail and there was no reduction in apparent battery power, the meter still read a full charge. I pedaled most of the time in number 2 power level and reached indicated speeds as high at 18 mph. When I used power level 3 I hit an indicated speed of 23 mph. The 4 inch tires, front suspension and seat suspension certainly make riding on rough surfaces more pleasurable. The was very easy to assemble and would have been completed in 15 minutes except for one problem. The aluminum track that holds the battery was too long and the battery would not lock and allow the battery to engage. To solve the problem I had to cut about 1/16th inch from the bottom of the track so the lock would engage and allow the bike to start. Please note that the bike will only work if the key is switched to on. Bike will not work without the key and if not locked I have now added a pet bike trailer and the pulls it easily. I havent tried the bike on hills yet but expect that it will have adequate power and range for my needs. My longest rides will be about 40 miles and hope that the pet trailer will not seriously impact the range. I do wish the throttle operated in all power modes as my last ebike did and not just in 0, however, switching between levels is easy so with practice I can adapt. That ability is most handy when starting from a dead stop in traffic. I really like that the Citispace display is easy to see in sunlight and shade. My last ebike had a display which could only be read in dark shade which made it pretty useless while riding. Another positive of the is that by having the battery under the seat vs on the crossbar, the bike balances better and can be steered one handed if you need to reach for something. Although I was generally pleased with my other ebike I am kind of glad it was stolen. I have now upgraded to superior locks and a heavy duty security chain. The last bike was secured with a cable which the thief cut with a portable cutting torch.
