2 of the 4 tires were over inflated. 4 psi and 10 psi over respectively. Fed ex left both bikes in front of my garage without any notification or having me sign for them within minutes of a heavy rainstorm. Luckily I was home and looking out for them. Also 1 box was damaged but the bike was in good shape except for several small scratches on the display screen.
I can now get out of the house to exercise!! I have difficulty walking so this bike has been a lifesaver to get out and enjoy life!! Super comfy ride, built great, sooo much fun. Want to keep on riding!!!
I bought this about couple of weeks ago. This bike is sturdy and rides well with motorized power. the customer service is awesome, response quickly and friendly.
This bike is fun to ride on and off road. Folds up conveniently to fit in the back of my truck while still leaving room for other equipment and keeping the bed cover down. I did have a minor problem after several miles of riding requiring a replacement pedal but Hey bike support has been very helpful and easy to work with to quickly resolve the problem.
I put 100 miles on this thing in just 3 days! I LOVE it. I really didnt do any research on this bike before purchasing, but sure lucked out. Looks very sporty compared to some others Ive seen.
This bike is great. Customer service was excellent! Would recommend thus bike to everyone looking for an electric bike. Will be purchasing another in the future!

responses I received from customer service regarding a minor

Like the easy assembly, rides smooth, will run 20 mph, great customer service, I had a headlight not working, replaced it no problems, even give me free mirrors for my troubles. Great company
