When I first received this one of the chair legs was faulty, seems mine was a rare case though. I got in touch with the seller immediately and Wendy replied, she was extremely helpful sending out replacement legs straight away and even issuing a discount for the trouble! My chair is now perfect with the correct leg in place, I find it sturdy and the seat is comfy although an extra cushion would only improve it. Overall I love it, really brightens up my office space youll be content
This chair is absolutely perfect. The quality exceeds my expectations (velvet feel) and its super comfy to sit on. Its the perfect size and fits perfectly under my Ikea Alex desk! The pink color is even prettier than I thought once I saw it in person and goes very well with white furniture. Do yourself a favor and buy it! You will not be disappointed. The wait time wasnt too long and was absolutely worth it, and I think the price is super reasonable. Like it a lot

Cute looking, soft fabric but not comfortable. Im pretty tall and thin, this chair is just awkward to sit in. Probably geared more towards kids or teenagers, not adults. Hope to improve in the future Debating if we are going to keep it or return it.
