when i first opened the boxes for this bunk bed (it came in 2 boxes) i was overwhelmed, and cracked open some white claws. (the ease of putting it together actually blew me away, and the white claws were a bit overkill in retrospect.) i was skeptical on how sturdy it would be, because i have 3 boys; an 11 year old, 8 year old, and 3 year old. i also have a 6 year old step/daughter, and they are collectively the reasons we cannot have nice things. this bed has held up nicely, and the kids absolutely love it. with the amount of times this bed has been used in intense games of the floor is lava i am confident i have gotten my moneys worth. just buy the bed, you wont regret it. One of my best buys.
Product arrived on time, as expectedthough it did come in two separate shipments that were approximately 1.5 days apart. Instructions were easy to follow, though some of the labels in the diagrams were difficult to read. Instructions had a hardware guide to help identify exactly which items were needed from the hardware bubble/packs. This definitely requires at least 2 people to assemble / the loft section needed to be supported while being assembledcould not have done this with just one person. You will want to have a bit/driver / portable drill available to speed up the assembly process. The one supplied hex/wrench is helpful, but it is not a speedy tool. Took around 6 hours to fully assemble in the bedroom where it will be used. The assembly time and the need for a second person resulted in my assembly rating being below 5 stars. 4 Stars for the overall rating because 2 key bolts were missing from the hardware packthe 2 bolts that were left for us to use were too short. Hoping to pick up replacements at the local box store. Quick ship.

I have 2 preschoolers and 1 preteen. All fit comfortably on twin mattress with room to grow. The overhead bunk is not as sturdy as the bunks and sometimes sways with too much movement. Definitely a space saver in a smaller room. Easy instructions and assembly doesnt take too much time. I would recommend getting a board of some sort to put under the mattress as an additional safety measure. Sturdy.

This item had several damaged pieces due to the fact that the wood is so soft. It probably wont be very durable. I felt like for this price the quality should have been better. I bought a twin over double bunk bed for 250 from Walmart and the quality was much better. The color is nice and it is a space saver for sure. I tried to contact customer service about the damage and they never responded.
Has a million pieces to put together the top bunk beds the mattress slips through the crack willpost picture. Over its cute my daughters like it but wouldnt buy again Basic.

Not aming, bad customer service

Some of the bolts and screws are cheap and strip easily. Overall great bed though Worth it!!!
