Took nearly 5 hours to put together alone, but soooo worth it. We bought one for my moms house when my kids stay with her, but I plan on buying another one for my house very soon. It comes with everything you need so nothing extra on your part is needed. I love it space saver I am back to buy another one.
Be wary, the frame makes lots of noise when you move. We bought this bed for guests and they didnt sleep well because every time they turned around, the creaking would wake them up;
More pieces than I was expecting, but it went together very simply in about 2 hours by myself. Instructions were easy to follow and the only tool you need is the provided hex key. It gave a very small room a clean look and much more space. The under bed area is the perfect height for storing small boxes of books and linens which was handy for me, as well as the plastic bins Im using as clothing drawers. Bought two great value for the money, durable.

So I received this a couple of weeks ago and put it together myself, but I do recommend you have another person there to hold up parts while you screw the bolts in. Even a kid of about 8 years old should be able to do that though.
Dont bother tightening anything down until you get to the ladders.
I did a very good job of putting it together, but there will be a little squeakiness if someone is moving around a lot on the top bunk. Ive had regular (non/bunk) beds that were far worse though!
The ladder did hurt my feet a little, but Im an adult. My daughter who uses the top bunk says its fine.
The top is rated for 200 lbs, but remember to figure in the weight of your mattress! I wouldnt buy this for a teen or adult to go on top. The bottom would be fine for a big person though!
Both my kids love this bed and bedtime is no longer a battle.

Has held up against two destructive kids with special needs. My autistic daughter chewed through her bunk beds headboard in a month so we were happy to purchase something she wouldnt be inclined to chew on. Nice!
It does creak a bit but is perfect for my daughters tiny apartment. It feels very sturdy. I like the futon section on the bottom (bottom bunk)
It took us forever to set up because the instructions are not super clear and I honestly hate reading instructions.
We did the top section first so she had a place to sleep. Since there was no rush, we did the futon section at the bottom later. It allows some storage at the bottom. I like how high the top bunk is because you dont feel cramped when sitting in the bottom bunk.
All in all, it took my daughter and I about 4 hrs. It was worth it. Now her tiny apartment looks a little more roomy. I like it.
Ok. Im going to be straight forward: it was a little bit of a pain to construct considering how many parts there are. However the finished product is a masterpiece. It looks and feels very sturdy. My mattress is quite think but I dont feel scared of falling off the top bunk thanks to the high rails. Other than the amount of parts required to build it, I would 100 recommended and buy again if needed for any reason. cute.

Its good and pretty
Its better than the first one i got this one seens more sturdy but is a little shorter from the bottom bed to the top Easy directions.
Sturdy bunk bed
I put this bed together myself and it took about 3 hours. Seems sturdy but really high. About 5 feet. Its close to the ceiling fan Excellent product!
