Came with 2 damaged units thanks to shipping. Contacted customer service and emailed photos of damage on boxes as well as storage units. Replaced promptly. Very good quality. Easy to set up with 2 people.
Furniture Company has an amazing warranty on their products as well as a stellar customer service team! After two screws pulled out of the slider on the drawer, it no longer opened properly. They sent me a whole new Under The Bed Storage Unit at no cost to me! Plus, it arrived in two days! I HIGHLY recommend them as a company who stands behind their products and puts their money where their mouth is! I love their product lines and can confidently buy anything from them with the full assurance that they will go above and beyond to make sure I am happy with my purchase. LOVE this bed frame. Havent set up the trundle bed completely yet, but really pleased with the bed overall. I had a difficult time finding a storage bed of this quality. Great purchase.
These Captain Beds were exactly what I was looking for. They are sturdy and well made yet the price is right. As long as you are willing to put in the time to put them together its a win, win. My son-in-law put them together for us. Hes a carpenter and put them together in 2 hours per bed. He used an electric screw driver. I purchased the night stand by the same company. We havent put it together yet but Im hopeful all will match. We got white and are creating a nautical theme.
The bed came in multiple boxes and a little heavy to carry up the stairs by one person. I had my son help. I put the bed together by myself and it was very intuitive. I have put many furniture pieces together before what was not easy to find was the screws and bolts etc. because it was in the boxes with the drawers. I did not understand why they were considering that you start by putting the bed together first and the the drawers. Anyway they were there I was afraid that after opening the bigger boxes I would have to call the company to send me the screws . It took me about 2 hours to put everything together. It looks great and is very comfortable. I got the white one and it only needs a mattress and no box spring. Its very sturdy but I did put pads under the corners so that it wont scratch my hardwood floor and also helps me move the bed around easily when I want to open on of the drawers thats too close to the bedside table a little push with the knees and its moved. Great purchase. I would have included a picture but I am at work on my lunch break.
