Im so tickled with this bed. Ive wanted one like this for a while but they have all been pricey! We put it together in about 2 and 1/2 hours. Would have been quicker if we didnt put a couple things upside down and need to redo. We should have paid better attention to directions and pictures! So far i left the box springs and mattress on just for now. I know that makes it very high but i can still get in easy (im only 53). Between myself the bed and my significant other we are to the weight max. It seems very strong and its very pretty.
I loved how easy everything fell into place once we were half way through. Perfect.
It looks great. type build. Particle board quality. Any minor nicks will be seen. Its definitely not a piece of furniture that is designed to last forever but its a headboard. We love it! We feel its 100 worth the money. Easy assembly.
I bought this headboard to go with the corresponding queen platform bed. The bed does not have pre/drilled holes to use to attach to this headboard. The headboard has some partially drilled holes to attach to a metal bed frame, but they are not in the right place to attach to the bed post. Obviously, they dont intend it to be used with their matching platform bed. Also, their is not hardware (bolts) to attach to the bed, not even an indication of what size bolts should be used. loves it!
Love this headboard! Definitely worth the money. Only took about 30min to put together. Only downfall is we had to go buy anchors to attach it to the wall and because its laminate, it doesnt align straight with the wall but those are minor. Very durable.
Was super easy to assemble. The bottom board did have a huge scratch. I emailed the company right away and got back to me on a Sunday and are shipping out the replacement part. Recommend putting together on a soft surface, When laying out the pieces I did scratch the top piece so isnt the best as far as that be careful assembling. I bought the matching night stands and they were somewhat difficult to put together but got it figured out. About 1 hour assembly for the headboard and about 2 hours for the night stands. These are manufactured in Canada which was a huge plus for me. Very good value.
