Great customer service Excellent customer service! Responded to my emails within a few hours each time I replied. I needed a replacement part and they shipped it out immediately! The chair is beautiful and soft. Cushion is firm though!
Very comfortable, glad I purchased for my bedroom. Smaller than I expected, but still lovely in my space. Color represented is accurate. I could do without the black tag label on the side of chair.
