This looks just as it did online. It really not is big enough for large towels. You really have to find a way to fold them so they fit. This makes it difficult to fit many towels. Nice for wash cloths and hand towels and other bathroom products.
The friend who assembled this for me felt it wasnt very sturdy or well crafted // 2 of the cam locks broke and I had to go buy new ones at Lowes // but it works well for the space I have and I like the way it looks. Comments from other customers were very appreciated as they clarified the poor instructions so that we bypassed the issues they went through.
The unit was fairly easy to assemble. One of the cam fasteners broke. The stud it captures seemed to short but I backed it out a turn and the spare cam worked fine. Probably easier with two people. An extra set of hands to keep things aligned. Great for small apartments.
