Excellent value for money The seat cushions are not as soft/cushiony as I thought they would be nor have they fluffed up correctly after being vacuum packed. Overall, a great sofa for a small space like an extra bedroom.

This sofa fits my needs. Its like a hotel sofa, comfortable, basic design, rugged upholstery, hides stains.
There is little padding on the arms of this model - and Im glad it will support a plate of snacks! Comfortable enough to watch TV and take a nap on, though this is the 73 in. version, not long, medium length.
Each arm is 4+ inches wide so the seating area is minus the 8 inches. Easily seats two, or three in a pinch.
It is as advertised, 5 of 5 stars on that ! Comes in a box and I installed myself. There are instructions but you have to use common sense too. You dont need any tools but a screwdriver comes in handy to locate the threaded rear bolt holes. The prices on these fluctuate it seems, look around under different
headings- I saved several hundred dollars on comparing sofas- even the same sofa!
I had a delivery issue- the manufacturer direct sent a love seat instead of the 73-in sofa!!
Im a Prime member so to the rescue- it took a few phone calls but did the return and walked me through the process of the re-order. Having Prime is so worth it when things dont go exactly to plan. Im grateful to for keeping manufacturers on point.
Well engineered, good quality and great looking. Arrived this morning and was easy to put together. Came with easy to follow instructions. Havent sat on it yet as Im at work and waiting for the cushions to inflate but they look to be good and soft.

Omg buy this you wont be sorry I got this baby for my office and could not be happier. My office has task chairs and uncomfortable wooden ones. I found having people in there to meet was somewhat awkward because they were either swiveling around in a task chair or sitting in chairs that hurt their back (my company got the wood ones for the aesthetic). I needed a change to make my office welcoming and collaborative. I got this low-cost couch (delivered free to my office!). Since then, people prefer to meet in my office and I get many employees who come to just sit and talk. This couch has improved productivity and interpersonal relationships. Also, it is a good nap couch - comfy enough to catch some energy, not quite big enough to doze off for hours. I love this couch!

About right for the price
Very well made and great design Ships small, easy assembly. Not overwhelmingly comfortable.

I applied for delivery and assembly. Assembly was not very good and the sofa was not comfortable. so returned
