It has a lot of prices to assemble but once you get going it gets better. It took about an hour to put it all together. We have black markings on parts of the headboard that wont come off. It has a a few flaws that are noticable enough to make me disappointed in this purchase. It is sturdy and I hope will hold up well but overall not the best.
Very nice farmhouse bed so far. Its in my guest room but currently my son is staying in there and its holding up. My son assembled it and he had a few hiccups like bottom rail holes not matching up and screws not going in right but after those were corrected it looks real nice with my Magnolia bedding.
I had this item on my list for our updated guest bedroom for months and I wish I purchased it sooner! It is definitely very nice quality (which I was worried about not seeing it in personbuying furniture online can always be hit or miss) but this looks just like the pictures! It was simple for my husband and I to assemble and would not be terrible difficult for one person to assemble alone in my opinion. My only complaint is the faint smell and powdery coating that the bed arrived with. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. However, the item was packaged a little strangely and had a lot of tape all over it as well as several large Holes in the box it arrived in.
This bed tilts from the center. I have readjusted the legs and even added plywood and used two different mattresses. No matter what I end up feeling like I am rolling down an incline.
