Bought this for our son and he loves his new bed. Me and my 12yr old assembled it in less than an hour and it looks great in his bedroom. Looked for a lot of similar items here on but decided on this one because the black paint is matte instead of shiny. Happy with our purchase!
After searching for bedframe like this I decided to purchase this one based off the reviews. I absolutely love this bed. It took about an hour and a half to put together on my own/ several extra screws were in the bags properly tagged which I really appreciated. I put a box spring on but may remove in the future as it isnt needed and will then show the frame more.
I disliked that a part of the headboard came with rust and it definitely took forever to ship. Other than that I really really like it more in person. Its really sturdy.
The product arrived before it was supposed to, which is a plus for me. We bought it for our oldest whos moving back in and her box spring didnt fit down the stairs into her basement room. It did come with a couple of imperfections in the finish, but they are easily hidden.
Im glad my husband was home when I began to put this together. Its not that it was difficult, but its big and can be cumbersome for one person to put together. It can be done, Im sure, but would take a bit longer I think. In the instructions, it tells you not to tighten the screws until its put together. LISTEN TO THIS INSTRUCTION! It does need to be tapped into place a time or two, and having everything loosened up makes the job easier. We finished in about 40 minutes, and my daughter loves it.
Not sure how it would put up with vigorous activity, and I dont want to think about that, so I cant review that. All in all, its serving its purpose, and Id most likely purchase it again.
Okay so I put the bed together yesterday and so far? 5 stars. It took us about an hour or so to put together. Theres no words on the instructions so I would give The instructions a 4/5. Theres a page (I think page 6) that the picture confused us a little. In the picture I have bed risers and books to support because Im a 6ft tall young lady and wanted a bit of height. It definitely feels sturdy and I recommend it!

Easy shopping, fast shipping, easy assembly and a great nights sleep. This just made the bedroom look like an old farmhouse bedroom . Loved it
