Was missing 4 bolts, but they responded immediately via email and shipped out the parts right away. Love the bronze finish. I did have to put a non skid fabric between the bottom rails and the mattress to keep it from sliding on the frame. Holds my weight. No squeaks or noise. Very sturdy.
This frame is really pretty when completed. I found the color to be a little more burgundy than the online images, but its attractive. All of the parts are properly marked. There was an extra piece for all of the nuts and bolts. It didnt take long to assemble once you organized the parts and read through the directions. It feels sturdy but is lightweight which is refreshing compared to my heavy wood one I replaced. I was disappointed that the foot board did not come above my mattress, but my mattress is 12 and i should have measured. Overall, Im very pleased with the quality and value of my purchase.
Product seems to be sturdy when laid on it. my wife and I laid on it and it didnt feel flimsy. assembly was easy and the instructions are surprisingly very well. Comes with all the tools needed. set up took about 30 minutes.

I had reviewed many metal bed frames on/line. The first one I ordered was delayed; 2 weeks later the seller canceled the order. Going back to square one, I tried one more time. This bed arrived earlier than anticipated. Everything was packaged well, and secured with plastic binder straps. They even included extra hardware / just in case. I was afraid to order on/line after reading other reviews. This supplier was great! No returns, no calls, just put together and enjoy. The bed looks great.
I love this bed frame. When it came to the assembly, it was pretty easy, you just have to take time and think about it. Also please pay attention to the directions when it says dont fully tighten bolts until complete assembly. They included extra screws/bolts and everything was labeled. Really like the finish on the frame. Would definitely buy again!!!!
Ive slept several nights on this bed so far, and its very sturdy, albeit a little short (which is fine by me as I have a very small room). It looks great in my new bedroom, a perfect mix of old fashioned and modern, masculine and feminine.
