We own a couple of roll/away beds, the type that fold up and get hidden in a closet most days of the year. I saw this and decided it would be perfect in one of the guest rooms. Note that the manufacturer doesnt include a mattress (no box spring needed). Its easy to assemble and looks nice. Its not the type of daybed that partially folds to resemble a couch; its static and fits a standard twin. With just the mattress, its not super inviting to sit on. With some pillows for the back and sides, its more appealing. For sleeping, its all about the mattress. The heaviest person to sleep a night on it was very pleased. Shes ten and weighs about seventy pounds, way below manufacturer says the daybed weight limit is 400 lbs. Overall, for occasional use, I like the daybed. Im not thrilled with the drawers as I thought theyd provide extra storage for guests, but theyre not sturdy enough to hold much more than pillows and blankets. I wish it included a cover for the mattress made of the same material. Overall, I like having it for overflow guest room sleeping space. I am impressed!
We ordered this for our 16 year old. She absolutely loves it! The added storage space on the bottom is wonderful and I love that the drawers are designed in a way that they are rollers instead of tracks which make it where you can roll them all over the room. The only drawback is that that bottoms of the drawers are made from a very thin plastic that only makes them suitable for holding a light weight. Satisfied
Overall this daybed was OK, though not 100 what I was expecting. Its not the style of daybed that converts into a couch during the day; the top is always a mattress with no back/side cushions (as shown). Its definitely made to be positioned with its back against a wall, as the two sides are as sturdy as youd expect, but the back is surprisingly light/thin, so you can push into it surprisingly far with your thumb (even by accident / see photo) and it has a large label (maybe half the sizes of an 8.5x11 paper) that youll want to remove if it will be exposed. Still, the color is beautiful (as pictured) and I love the modern styling. Buying another !
We put this bed in our guest room and it is a perfect flexible piece. I added a pile of pillows so it can be used like a sofa, but then it can be used as a bed when needed. We have another bed in the guest room and this is the extra one for if we need more sleeping space.
It was easy to assemble. It took some time, but the instructions were good. The hardware was packaged and labeled for assembly.
I liked that the fabric parts were all packaged in disposable cloth so they stayed clean during shipping.
The gray color is perfect for my decor. It has a nice modern linen look.
The drawers are not attached to the bed, really. They are on wheels and roll under the bed. The only place they attach is that once they roll underneath, they can be fastened by lifting slightly and hooking them on the bracket on the bed. Otherwise, they pull out and roll freely. The sides are shallow on the drawers but it is a good space to put the extra pillows and blankets. The drawers are not as deep as the daybed, so you do lose some stoarage space under the bed, unless you want to put items behind the drawers underneath.
We have a fairly thick mattress, so it sits pretty high on the sides and back / a little higher than the pictures on the listing. I will include a photo. One of my best buys.
Very easy to assemble. Very sturdy. Good quality. Only problem is closing the storage drawers/ they roll on the floor, not on mounted rails, so they will come out of line of the rails every time. Not a problem unless youre in a hurry or in the dark. Quick ship.

I was able to put it together all by myself in just over an hour. Everything you need for assembly is included. The instructions are easy to follow and it wasnt difficult for one person to assemble it on their own. I am really pleased with the finished look. It has a classic, minimalist design to it. If you were wanting to use it as more of a sofa you will definitely need to get some pillows for the back as the back and arms are not particularly padded.
There are two drawers underneath the front of the daybed which are perfect for storing extra pillows, sheets, or blankets. All in all I have been very impressed and pleased with the quality and durability of this daybed. This is really easy to assemble and pretty sturdy.
Our youngest son is transitioning from a converted crib bed to his own twin (know that the mattress is not included with this bed). Because his room is a greyscale theme, we felt that this bed would be perfect. Thankfully, it is, indeed, perfect. Not only does the bed look great from every angle, we now have some additional storage space, thanks to drawers that slide neatly under the mattress.
Assembly was a virtual breeze. From opening the box to completion, assembly took approximately 30 minutes. This might have been accomplished more quickly, but we were in no particular rush. As one can imagine, the box is a little heavy, so I would recommend that at least two adults be on hand to get it inside upon delivery. Once its out of the box, it can be moved into the desired location piece by piece.
Although we are using this as a toddler bed, this is also a perfect daybed for an office or guest bedroom. It does look less like a couch than other convertible beds that are intended to function as both a true couch and passable bed, but it will pass as something that looks like a couch when made up as such and definitely works as a true bed.

This Theo Urban Daybed is very well constructed, its not hard to put together and functions as a couch, a day bad, and also has ample storage space under it for storming blankets etc., Its just a nice peace of furniture as well. I can recommend it. Worth it!!!
I like it. Deep seating for talk people with the option to use it as an extra bed if necessary.
Make sure to add a nice mattress and plenty of pillows. Simple and easy to put together.
