Too loo to the floor. One of the screws were defective (one of the treads had a notch on it) and the screw wouldnt properly thread. I was able to force it half way in and then it was stuck. I didnt wanna go through the Hassel of calling and waiting for another screw to be shipped out to me plus I didnt wanna send the whole chair back because of a messed up screw (I wished theyd checked before shipping to make sure the hardware fitted properly). Other than the jacked up screw, the chair was a breeze to put together. It could use a tad bit more padding in the seat (I can slightly feel the square metal frame inside the seat). The chair is beautiful, just too short (Im 56). Id give it a 5 star if it was 4 taller and 2oz more of padding in the seat. It shouldve cost 60 less because of the height. Shipping was way too high /89 but shouldnt have been more than 20 for a prime member. nearly 400 for the chair. I wouldnt pay 400 for the chair again. I ordered it from because I thought it sat higher than that same style chair at Home Depot. If youd Luke to have this same chair for a shorter person or a kid, save yourself 170 and just buy it from Home Depot if theres one near you; youll save 89 right off the bat just on shipping. The ottoman is fine though.

The color is more like a denim blue. Not like what is shown in picture Considering returning
