This is a great product Ive had it for 1 year Im 220lbs solid all around my child is 14 she throws herself on my bed to watch TV never had issues. I will be purchasing 3 twins and a full frame in the next few weeks.hope they continue to make this product
Arrived very quickly. Nice looking basic bed with solid construction. The wood looks like engineered wood but seems sturdy. It took about an 1 hour to put together. And I found a scented candle on the bed box. Nice ! If you are the fence buy this bed!!!
The bed is as appealing as beds triple the cost from retailers such as West Elm or CB2. My last bed was from West Elm and I loved it. This bed frame is actually better in all respects.
I was happily surprised by how well this thing was packaged. There was a ton of care in the placement of cardboard inserts, padding, and styrofoam. The styrofoam inserts were even enclosed in plastic so I didn’t have to deal with all the little styrofoam crumbles post unpacking. Once unpacked, the parts were all clearly labeled. They even provided some spare parts (screws and washers). An additional nice touch was the hex-ratchet that they provided in addition to the standard Allen wrench. This guy came in handy for sure and made the assembly go a lot smoother. On the assembly side of things, there was only one part that took a bit of thinking and that was getting the headboard slats facing in the correct direction. Aside from that, everything else was very simple and worked great. All screws lined up perfectly with pre-drilled and threaded holes. Once assembled, the slats had a nice touch as well with a couple of dowel rods and Velcro that were placed to hold the slats in place for the mattress. Really nice features all the way around.
We ordered the chocolate headboard and actually wanted the lighter version but couldn’t rationalize the extra cost. We were both pleasantly surprised to see that the wood was lighter than pictured and we were very happy with it. Saved money and still loved the look.
Oh..and they even sent a candle wishing us a good night’s sleep. I can get used to this kind of attention to detail!

Bed is beautiful although I think lock washers to accommodate a tighter connection among joints would make the bed a ton sturdier. Seems like I am tightening it almost monthly.
Also I am an average sized person so heavy weight or a couple might be a hindrance to the joints. ♂️
