I bought this for my 12 year old daughter and it fits her room perfectly. It is nice for her friend to have place to sleep using the trundle. Very easy to put together. The first one did come damaged but they quickly replaced it with a brand new. Construction is good especially for the price. I would 100% recm this buy. hh
Definitely takes two people to assemble. The instructions are straight forward. I think we took about 2 hrs assembling but it can be done faster if you lay out all the pieces. My 16 year old loves this day bed, it’s sturdy and two people can sit on it with no problem. My 3 year old sleeps on the bottom bed. I use twin size foam mattress for both top and bottom.
I was nervous to make this purchase online without inspecting the sofa in real life, But it exceeded all my expectations. The quality is excellent, it’s sturdy, plush is beautiful, it’s big. We used 8” and 6” mattresses as recommended and they fit just right. Kids are happy!!
I purchased this bed for my guest room. It is sturdy, easy to assemble, and stylish. The value for the price is simply unmatched. I intend to purchase another one for my primary bedroom. Th details are what matter and this brand, “. ” included a little letter of appreciation for the purchase. I’d much rather give my money to a brand that truly appreciates it. Not just from the letter but, watch any Videos on YouTube and you can tell that these people are genuine. Please don’t let the price fool you, it might be affordable but, it’s anything but, cheap!
The bed came in two boxes, very heavy. One of the boxes was damaged, but not the bed inside. We were lucky, but they could have avoided any damage with another piece of cardboard to protect the upholstery. They bed had all the pieces and extra screws if needed. We did need two. They give you the tools to put it together so that is great, but I am not sure where those tools will be when it comes time to move the bed and we have to take it apart. Now that I am thinking of it maybe I will tape it some where under the bed so I will always know where those tools are. The bed is one of the few with a fully finished back, so if you want the couch floating you can do it. The biggest advice I can give is dont tighten any of the screws fully until every part of the main bed is together, because you will have to loosen them back up to get things to fit. It is not a problem if you have to loosen them, its just for convenience. It took us about 2.5 hours to put it together, but we are not skilled at that.
If you have someone who is very handy it will be shorter. We purchased an 8 inch mattress for the top and had about 2 inches of couch arms above the mattress. If you get over 8 inches the mattress will be flush with the couch arms. You really cant buy anything larger for the trundle mattress than 6 inches. It is hard to get a 6 inch mattress that will be super comfortable with continued use. If its just a guest bed that will be fine. We purchase the Zinus 6 Inch Green Tea Memory Foam Mattress from and it was good so far. They color is a medium to dark grey color which changes with lighting and knap. It is a very luxurious feeling velour. Comfortable and soft fabric. It is a beautiful bed. We didnt have any problems so I cant tell you anything about their customer service, but we felt that would take care of us if we had problems.
Not sure why would ask me rate about warmth, since that’s what blankets are for - but either way I LOVE this bed. Gorgeous, simple, comfortable. Perfect.
