    Great customer service

This product was very cheaply made, not too bad to assemble but it is the one my son picked out. Disappointed for the money spent. Update… the supplier reached out to me and has excellent customer service. They were very helpful and I would definitely use them again

Decent for the price, but few issues.

The bed looks nice once put together. There’s no knobs for the drawer, so we had to install our own to make it a little easier. The directions were very difficult to read, which is the biggest pain point. Also the slats for the bed were unable to be screwed in with the provided screws based on the predrilled holes. We will have to buy different screws possibly a little longer and wider in order for them to be screwed in. Also one of the bolts or the bolt nut, one or the other wasn’t threaded properly and we will have to buy a separate one. Would’ve been nice to include extras for issues like this. Some of the boards were damaged and had a few scuffs on them, but luckily they are out of site.

The bed was easy to put together and looks great

The bed was easy to put together and looks great. Only reason for giving 4 stars is that one of the sides of the bed arrived with a dent in it. We ended up facing that side near the wall out of sight.

Nice bed, works well, minimal instructions

My wife and I did a lot of research before buying this trundle bed. We picked it because of the headboard and trundle. With quick shipping and the price, it sounded like a good deal...overall, it was. It showed up in 5 different boxes in about 5 business days. Delivery was good, the guys brought it into my garage and stacked them nicely since my Mother-in-law was the only person home when they delivered it. I unpacked the boxes and the first thing I noticed were that the directions were fairly minimalist. However, I was able to figure everything out with little effort (common sense on bolt sizes, comparing how many of one over another to figure out which to use, etc.). The thin sliding wood backing was supposed to fit into a slot on the headboard and the two side supporting pieces, it didnt (no matter how much I tried to finagle it). However, after getting it together, it ended up to be fine. There was one hole which wasnt drilled all the way through on one of the slats, but easily solved with a wood screw. The slats themselves were VERY sturdy, solid wood, and heavy. I ended up putting a piece of plywood on top of the slats though for extra support. HOWEVER, there was a crack on a portion of the headboard, though it didnt go straight through, it was apparent from just looking at the bed. I didnt want to pack everything back up and send it back since it wasnt a structural issue, so I figured I could patch it with some wood putty and repaint the headboard with some semi-gloss white base paint. Overall I was impressed with the unit. It was a little smaller than I expected, but still works fine for my 13 year old daughter. The trundle works fine, it is separate from the main bed, but slides under and looks like it is attached when not in use. It seemed stable and easily pulled in and out from under the main bed.

    Economical good beds.

Assembly instructions Ok, needing to explain legs better and how they go, but overall good experience. Would buy again for the price. Trundle bed rolls easily with 7 inches matress. Pleased with product and look good too.

    2 man job

I made this purchase on faith as there were no actual reviews. You need at least 2 people to put this together. A tip for novices, dont tighten all the screws till its completely together. The bed is a lot sturdier than I though. I am going to add some foam padding to the short end that is next to the wall, but thats just do to my placement of the bed. The rungs on the ladder are very small and hurt the feet when climbing up and down. I got this for my teen, so little feet would probably be fine. I just got some foam pipe padding from Home Depot and will cut to fit each rung then glue it on. I will add that I was pretty sure I would have to do this before I purchased the bed. Another tip, get an Allen Key ratchet with a tip you can angle, and multiple sized attachments. Shipping comes in 2 separate boxes/shipments for whatever reason, so it took 3 days between the 2 shipments to get both boxes. The bed was actually packed very well, I did not see any damages when I opened the box. Assembly took about 2-3 hours, that included clean up, bed placement, and putting the mattress/bedding on. Over all I am very happy with this product. Oh! Side note, some of the instruction pages where out of order, but the steps are numbered so I just took the pages apart and put them in the right order.

Very satisfied. Good quality. Better assembly directions, please (if manufacturer is listening).

I love it, but the assembly directions were minimal and incomplete. Fortunately, I’m able to improvise fairly well, but assembly took longer than necessary and required that I fix my mistakes twice. I’m glad I bought it though. Good quality.
