This was difficult to assemble but it was an adventure to build alongside my husband for our first bed. We love the storage capacity and the aesthetic to it. It is pretty sturdy and withstands all kinds of activities. The only downside is if you have to move it then disassembling is probably going to be a nightmare and it may not be quite the same once you reassemble it.
I’m a professional carpenter and this took me about 8 hours to put together myself. USE AN ELECTRIC SCREW DRIVER. My palms were completely swollen the next day from the ridiculous amount of hand screwing you’re required to do into non-pre-drilled wood. I had to fight some of the pieces to sit where the instructions said they were supposed to go. The worst build experience of my life, but once I started putting it together in my tiny apartment, I had no option but to finish since I had nowhere else to put my mattress in the meantime. I started at 8pm and ended around 4am. Cute bed though and won’t be hard to break down into medium-sized pieces for moving. I also really like the height. It has started creaking a bit, but nothing dramatic.
Product is great , Shipping by UPS was awful. First date was missed with no update, Called couldn’t locate item , no call back , called again was told out for delivery no show for 3 days . I had to leave location and left instructions to place item on enclosed porch with note on door and on website. Day 4 driver leaves packages outside next to door with note. Product 5 stars shipping 0 Stars
If I could give them 6 stars I would. Great customer service and follow thru. I had two issues one small one big. The small issue was resolved over the phone. I was given three options to resolve my issue and I am still satisfied with the choice I made. The second issue was much bigger but was not their fault. They went above and beyond to resolve the issue and actually WOWED! me twice during the process.
Now when they say it takes two people. I am telling you it takes two people; this is coming from someone who repeatedly tried to do it solo. Very bad idea on my part. I thoroughly regret that decision and my commitment to it. Im still super happy with the final product.
It looks good if you have the patience to assemble and the mind of an engineer. Direction were not that helpful. It’s what I expected for the price and my budget.
I love how diverse and compact it is ‘ love all the draws on it I’m living in a studio so I need all the storage I can get I’m a girl of many desires I needed space for all my clothes n stuff I like my things neatly hidden away but I know exactly where it is
Ive bought and assembled a lot of flat pack furniture in my lifetime. Most of it has not been sturdy or used decent quality material as I would have hoped. This bed has been a very good purchase and we are very happy with all aspects. The bed parts are well made and the fit and finish are above average. The instructions were easy to follow. Once assembled the bed is very sturdy. If we ever needed another loft bed this would be the only one we would buy!
That day I ordered the standard 6ft long single low rise bunk bed for my kids who is 4. Me and my husband spent a long time looking for a bed that we felt was suitable due to our kids sharing a room and needing more floor space for all their toys. All I can say as I love it and would fully recommend it to anyone who wants a solid pine bed.
Happy with the price we paid for these beds, they are sturdy and look nice! But they have been in my sons room for almost a month now with the windows open and an air purifier and we can still smell the chemicals!! The clothes we put in the draws all smell too.
Bought this stair bed for my grandson and I was worried it would be too high for them. But this bed is perfect for little kids, my 7 year old grandson is in the top bunk and its the perfect size. My grandson, who finally has his own bed, loves it. When he has his own space, bedtime is a lot easier. Very well constructed and easy to assemble. I am very impressed with this bed. I highly recommend it.
