I got this chair for my mom to sit in after she was released from an physical therapy facility. Its comfy and sturdy (I had my nephew test it out before she sat in it; hes close six feet, all muscle). My only problem was putting it together. You might need two people (and thats only because the holes dont really line up when youre trying to put the screws in; hence, the second person holds the chair steady while youre screwing in the screws). Also, I used a drill (on VERY low speed; you have to be careful so not to damage the fabric of the chair) to screw in the screws. Other than that, a good chair for the price; actually thinking about getting one to use as an accent chair in my bedroom. Easy to assemble just takes a while
I bought this chair for clients to sit in. As an Orthopedic Specialist I serve many clients with low back pain and needed a sturdy chair which was not too soft, yet felt comfortable and looked classy. I saw this chair in person prior to buying it here and loved that it had both of those qualities. It is well built with a wide seat and will hold clients up to 250lbs. A manufacturing flaw left a slight wrinkle in the vinyl/upholstering on one arm rest (hardly a defect) but is the reason I took off one star. LOVE LOVE LOVE

Im sure there are some lemons out there as with everything else made in this world, but our track record has been flawless. If they arent up to par, you can always return them. For the price, you have to at least try them! Love this product. No issues.
