Being a widow I hired a guy to put this together for me. Its exactly what I was wanting for when my adult kids visit my small guest room. Very well made, very sturdy. I got it for adults, not children. Very happy with it. Very stylish and great quality!
There was paint chipped off of the wood that I noticed as I was opening the box. Also when I opened the box and started taking pieces out of the box, I noticed that on many edges the wood was not cut straight or broken off and painted over. Quality was average. I was missing 2 screws and had to replace them at the store. They dont even match. not satisfied with product
First the Pros bc there are many : I really like this bed. Its perfect for my twin 4 yr olds. I have the beds separated until theyre older and can have bunk beds without giving me a heart attack. The grey color is beautiful and the bed itself is very sturdy and was not too hard to put together. HOWEVER, the bed and box was damaged when it I got it. I uploaded a few of the pictures and most of the places I was able to hide by flipping the board to the inside or the foot of the bed. As you can see from the pictures some of the damage is from the manufacturer. The bad places (dents and scrapes) are painted over. The rest of the damage is on the seller and shipping. I reached out to customer support and was really disheartened that they would not offer any kid of credit for the damage. They would only provide a full refund if I boxed it back up and returned it. To give you an idea of how large this box is it weighs 128lbs and is almost 7ft long. Being a 5ft, 95lb woman I was unable to move the box inside the house without arranged help and for sure could not box it up in a new box (the shipping box was heavily damaged) and take it to be returned. Also, I did not want to spend money on returning the item when I could make it work and, honestly, knowing that 4 year old boys would prob put tons of wear/and/tear on the bed in no/time. I am very frustrated and saddened in s customer service and their assistance in trying to provide any options or help so that, as a customer, I would be willing to order more high/end furniture pieces from their website. My advice would be to purchase this bed if you dont mind having 20 pieces or so that are damaged.

I saw this exact bed at Macys on sale for 450 and nearly bought it. Something made me check / 260! It arrived quickly. The box is smaller than you would expect but very heavy. Everything was there. I recommend you do what my engineer daughter did which was unpack the box, inventory everything and label the parts. And follow the written instructions. It took the better part of a day to assemble but she and my husband got it done. Very nice set of bunk beds. Well made and sturdy. One thing to watch for when buying bunk beds is what is the weight capacity. A lot of them we looked at had a weight capacity of 110 lbs. per bed and that included the mattress. This one has a weight capacity of 250 lbs. per bed which is great if you have teens staying over and so forth. Or your child uses them as twin beds and takes them to college down the road. Also advise using a mattress that is no more than 9 deep. Much better than expected
This bunk bed is great. Very sturdy! But its a pain to put together. First the tool they sent didnt fit but we have Allen wrenches so no biggy. Second its so hard to tighten the bolts by hand. Two pieces in both me and my husbands hands and arms burned. So we ended up using our drill with a bit that fit and oh man so much easier! Still took us about 5 hours though to get it all done. All pieces came and were in great shape. Very pretty.

It looks just like the picture, we are happy with this bed My daughter even says that building it was like a big LEGO. Definitely looks nice.

It was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. Good value for the price. Perfect in every way.
