Product came in a damaged box but nothing was damaged inside. The bed comes with a mini socket wrench and Allen key for assembly as well as extra bolts in it just in case. Looks great in the house pretty sturdy quality much stronger than our previous frame. The slats are not removable so this bed frame doesnt work with a box spring (unless you want to sleep 3.5 ft off the ground lol) Good product!

This frame is adorable. Very strong. Heavy quality materials. Every easy to assemble! i can see how other reviews have issues with the mattresses sliding. I put rug grippers under the mattress and it keeps it in place. No issues with mattress movement now. This is perfect for our guest room! perfect.
This frame is sturdy and the bed mattress slips due to it not having a box spring. I wish it would have came with a non slip pad to go underneath the mattress. Fit well,
My only issue was it came later than it was supposed to. I was supposed to receive on the same day and date per the request to complete my order. It came a day later almost at their cut off time. Luckily I was home. Product was very easy to put together. It really only comes in 4 large pieces. Everything else is the legs and screws. I loved that part about it. As a handy woman it made it really easy. Just fine.
