I purchased the queen and although it took me a while to put it together, the picture only instructions were easy to follow along with. I took the advice to not tighten the screws completely until each step was assembled and it makes a big difference. It is very pretty and seems to be extra sturdy. I purchased a 10 queen mattress in a box which fit the height perfectly to the shorter footboard. A little lower to the floor due to no box spring needed. Very happy with the purchase and its a great value for the money. I would definitely recommend. Highly recommend
My son loves his new bed. It was easy to assemble it just took a few hours as it had a lot of pieces. Very sturdy. I needed something with a base not like those other bed with the thin wood that breaks easily. Great buy Quality seems to be good so far
Bought this bed frame for my fiance and I within a few weeks on of the supports broke at the welded joint. It still sits high enough to sleep on but that part of the bed does sag. Otherwise has been a pretty good frame. That was a problem!!

Then they reached out again to make sure we had no issues with assembly or anything. I must echo the other reviews citing the excellent customer service, theyre really top/notch.
The frame itself is great, its much sturdier than Id expected and doesnt shift or make noise at all. Definitely in a different league than other comparably priced bed frames Ive tried. 100 recommended! Well made and comfy!
I could go on and on about how great this bed frame is. Ill admit, seeing how many support legs were on this bed was a little intimidating but since it holds up to 3500 pounds I knew it was built to last plus assembly only took an hour by myself (I timed it) and Ive only put together a couple pieces of small, minimal assembly pieces. And Im a 20 y/o female. Absolutely no shakiness, squeaking, rubbing, cracking / no noise at all no matter what youre doing. Granted, my boyfriend and I are no where near the maximum capacity and were both pretty big people. Not to mention that it is supper cute and fits in a variety of spaces. The vibe of my room is modern farmhouse chic it is the best product.

Took me and my husband about an hour to setup. Very sturdy, we weigh maybe 350 pounds together and never have a problem with sturdiness. No squeaking, cute to look at simple yet awesome design

This frame was very difficult to put together. Once assembled it was very noisy. Other than that, its a great product!
