I have received this coffee table for several days. I like this coffee table very much. It is very practical and has a savings cabinet, which is great. And it is very strong, the color is good and the style is good.
I love it! It’s so cute, I originally got this obviously for my living room but it’s here for now. The color and design are so cute. The only tiny little thing is I wish it had a 100% soft close on the door without having to guide it down. It has mostly a soft close if nothing is on it but if something is on top, it slightly slams when you close it. I’m really glad I ordered it though!
Had a little problem with one of the plates not being carved in. I asked if they could send me another and they acted quickly to send me one as fastest they could with no extra charge! They’re customer service representative’s were nice and understanding.
I saw a lot of people saying that the table was super hard to assemble. The directions don’t have words and there are a ton of little pieces so you do have to pay attention to what you’re doing. That being said though, as someone who has zero experience with handiwork, the assembly ends up being fairly intuitive. I put one board on backwards halfway through and was able to realize my mistake easily— plus things are cut super specifically so if something isn’t fitting it’s probably on wrong. More than anything it’s just tedious. It took about two episodes of a Netflix show to put together. My only issue is the pieces aren’t totally flush on the sides but the tabletop that moves fits perfectly. Also it’s a little bit darker than in the picture, but I actually preferred it to the color listed.
Overall for the price it’s definitely worth it. Out of all of the coffee tables with the moving top, this was the coolest looking and the most reasonably priced.
Didnt even try to assemble so cannot speak on that. Upon opening the box the table was a very dark black/brown. It was not the black color nor the pretty warm brown I ordered. I have no idea why it looked so much darker but definitely not the color I wanted for my living room and no where close to color advertised online. Bummed because it looked so nice online. Returned.
Pros: Good looking and very functional lift top for it price tag. Every parts and screw labeled with letter that matched with the assembly manual, makes it much easier to track compare to IKEAs furniture. The package also inducing one piece of spare screws/sticker in case you lose them, and comes with small tool and key for assembly.
Cons: The board made out of composite woods, and the surface can be easily damage with mistakes. You need to be patient during screwing and handling to avoid damage. Manuel is clear to read, but still took 1 hr with two man to complete the assembled.
Storage and design are great for my work from home station. This coffee table comes with enough leg room for the vacuum. Assembly was tricky, but manageable.
