Initially, I was worried that the seller forgot to send me some parts of the sofa.
After getting in touch with the seller, who was very kind and professional, they informed me that the rest of the packages would come the next day. And they did! The sellers customer service was great overall.
As for the assembly, it was pretty straightforward. The couch is lower than anticipated, but its comfortable! Easy to assemble just takes a while
I love the modular design and the ease with which you can arrange it any way you want. The fabric seems just fine even though some other people complained. One ottoman came with a wobbly back and the composite replacing the ottoman. I will be buying a love seat from them LOVE LOVE LOVE
So far in love with this couch. Very sturdy and comfortable. It fits great in my apartment and was super easy to assemble. It also came earlier than expected. One down side is the fabric snags very easily. I have a cat and just her running across the couch has created multiple snags. This product is pretty decent for the price

Its by no means a luxury couch, but I love it because its so versatile. You can make it into a sectional, love seat, chair, etc and that helps so much for someone who is constantly rearranging. This is awesome!
I love the flexibility we have with this couch, it is 6 pieces that you can put whichever way you want, can be a full size bed, or a very long couch, or separated pieces with a long part to lie down completely like I have in my picture. It is firm and very comfortable at the same time, which is so hard to get. When I have guests Ill make this a full bed and Im sure theyll will be pleased. It would be nice if it came more of the side/back pieces but I see that we can just order more of those separately if we wish. Im definitely pleased, it took a while with some research but Im glad I found this couch which is exactly the way I wanted! I should also mention that it is extremely easy to assemble and to attach/detach the pieces. Love this product. No issues.
I am in love with this modular couch. The price compared to other by/the/section couches couldnt be matched. The pieces arrived fast, faster than I was prepared (old couch had not been removed). It is sturdy, easy to assemble and purchase by the piece makes it sooo customizable. Add some throw pillows and relax. Love that every seat flips up for storage and I can add arm rests and ottomans. Best deal for a very nice
It was really easy to assemble. The directions were clear. But I thought the cushions you sit on were larger. The couch also looked bigger/longer to me in the pics but Im figuring I have to arrange it to look longer like i would like. The softness/ plush of the cushions are firm but I rather that. Overall Im happy with the purchase especially since I can fix the couch in so many ways This one was perfect

If you want a love sac for cheap buy this one smaller but not too bad Easy setup and sturdy!
