When installing the legs, there are two screws needed for each leg. One of the screw holes on the legs did not line up with the pre drilled holes on the bottom of the seat. I tried unsuccessfully for about 15 minutes to get that screw installed with no luck. Each leg has a sticker indicating proper placement (ie LF, LR, RF, RR). All legs were verified to be in the proper spot. In order to remedy the problem, I ended up driving a 2/in screw through the side of a support frame under the bench to ensure the leg was secured. Something is trivial as this should not happen! Two stars deducted on what would otherwise be a nice little bench.
Great bench and perfect for an entryway! Love the arms are there to help older people get out, but the bottom cushion is also firm enough to support this too
The bench legs were /inside/ the seat? It would have been nice to know the bottom fabric was Velcro and the legs were inside. I dont appreciate the packaging but it was clever and saved space in the box I guess. Next time, include instructions or a note. Thank you.
The product looks really nice in my hallway. The insides appear to have had mold that was dried out. Its totally safe looking but you can tell it was moldy wood.
Looks good. However there could be additional cushion on the seat. After you sit for 5 minutes, you can feel you are sitting on a piece of wood. Then you start to think if this item is worth its cost. Style, build and color are fine.a little more cushion would make this item good.

The pictures are exactly what it looks like! |I panicked at first because I could not find the legs but they were hidden inside the pull/away bottom. Found them and they were easy to install! The exact bench is at Costco for almost 100 more! Thank you !!
