Im a 57 (170 cm) lady, so not short at all and I dont have any trouble with my strides fitting on the belt (For reference, Apple health says my strides are about 24.4).
This will get you moving, this will make you sweat, and this will get your heart rate up. I have a small apartment, and I love how I can fold this up so easily. I set it up to overlook a busy street, I find the people/watching and seeing the world wake up when I exercise in the mornings helps the time go by faster!
My only gripes are that it did seem to come with minor cosmetic blemishes, such as a small crack in the underside plastic, but that couldve very well been the carriers doing.
Also, as others have stated, the calorie/speed/distance counters seem a little bogus, but I use my own devices for that. Lastly, the remote is a little weak, I think. But all/in/all, these issues are very negligible.

This an awesome, compact treadmill. tracks distance, calories, speed. perfect during unpredictable weather and other circumstances to still be able to get your workout in. GREAT for small spaces including under the bed!!! Finally.
The package came in almost entirely installed. Easy to set up. Its a light treadmill compared to our previous one. Its quiet and works well for walking exercise. Fold up easily and compact to move around if needed.
