This is probably ok for just a walking treadmill, but thats it. Any speed above 4km/hr (which is not very fast), the tread will start sticking and youll easily trip. Total safety hard. Also, its not that small/portable. Yes, its smaller than other treadmills, but unless you want to be walking on it all day, its still quite bulky.
Overall, there are far better options. Even for the 300 lightning deal, I still feel ripped off.
Our treadmill fits perfectly underneath our couch. We use only for walking! The belt is shorter than a regular treadmill so running could be difficult. The treadmill is sturdy and works great for us!

Its not super quiet but it also isnt very loud either. It only goes up to 4 mph which I really think is more around in the 3/mi hour range.
I did have trouble with someone else connecting to the Bluetooth speaker By the way it has Bluetooth speaker who knew Customer service was pretty responsive and helpful.
All in all for the price I think its a pretty decent product. I do not anticipate that it will last for years and years but is something that can get me by during the pandemic.
