I bought this frame for our spare bedroom. I was able to set it up by myself. I wish the headboard was a little taller, but other than that I really like it. Good product!
So, first impression off this bed frame is that its very very easy to assemble, took me about 35 minutes from opening box to putting my mattress on. While I was assembling the mattress I realized that this bed is somewhat sturdy but you do not want to jump around on it. The back/headboard side off the bed does not come with support, it is supported by the headboard, I will explain why this is an issue, so you only have 7 off space for youre mattress, any mattress taller than 7 will not fit under the headboard and will hang off of the bed. I purchased a size lucid 12 mattress and it does not fit this bed whatsoever.
We have this bed in our summer cabin since spring of 2020. It doesnt get daily use but it has held up well and the components had no major flaws. We are considering a second one for another bedroom in the cabin as we slowly upgrade the beds. The value is good compared to many local stores and the look is nice in our Ohio cabin.
As always, reviews may vary. Some people may get a lemon every now and then (could be said about most any product). But so far we are enjoying this purchase. beautiful.
The bed frame comes with very high quality packaging. It comes double boxed and the styrofoam inserts are all individually wrapped in plastic to keep the bed parts clean of debris. It also comes with a useful ratcheting allen wrench, which makes putting the bed together that much easier. Those two small touches made the product feel even more premium for the ~300 price tag. The only issue I had is that there is one set of bolts that dont require washers, and when I was tightening them down, they never fully tightened / the bolts just kept turning and the wood kept ma crushing noises. It makes it seem like this is a weak point in the design, but Ive been using the bed for a few days now and seems to not be an issue. Other than that, everything else is positive, a great value, and Ill definitely buy from again. Awesome product.
