Its a beautiful shape that Ive already gotten lots of compliments on and it was so easy to assemble. Im very happy with it. But Im disappointed that the true color of the couch is gray, not cream/beige. It drabs my living room out a bit but the style is so cool I have to keep it. Im enjoying it so far!
Beautiful styling, quite comfortable, love the ease of turning it into a bed. It was purchased for our study and its perfect for the space and a second couch to relax on . Really like the workmanship, quality of fabric and color.

I have stalked this couch for months/ reading reviews, considering, waiting for a drop in price. I was reluctant to purchase such a big ( and big ticket) item on line without getting to sit on it and see it in person. I finally ordered it during prime days when it was on sale. It arrived yesterday. The shipping process was fine/ box was in decent shape and it was delivered on time. As an elderly woman, I needed help with unboxing and putting it together. Its 178 lbs. but 2 of us put it together fairly easily. Its gorgeous. I got the blue velvet version. Very well made. It turns into a bed quite easily/ ingenious design with the supporting legs tucked in zippered compartments underneath.I can easily put it in bed mode by myself. I am moving to a senior housing studio apartment and needed a sleeper couch. It is very firm/ Im planning to purchase a mattress pad to use while sleeping on it. I am thrilled with this purchase/ its gonna last for years and the design is really elegant. Im very pleased. Nice style and color
Its hard not to like this couch. It looks good and its well/made and I love the yellow color throwback color tastefully done. The workmanship is spectacular, but it could use a bit more latex to be more comfortable when sleeping, but its a very comfortable couch to sit on and the back pillows are simply ergo/perfect. I only wish you made a matching ottoman. I have no regrets. Setup is too easy. Meets Expectations
The modular sleeper sofa sounded like what I was looking for: microfiber and not looking like a sofa bed. I bought mine through because did not have ocean color in stock. My friend ordered bordeaux also from . Both arrived on 9 Feb 2022. Her box was badly damaged and ripped in places but her sofa survived except for a deep indent in one spot. My box was perfect but not my sofa. See photos attached. There were two nicks in the seat; the legs were scratched and the back did not align and therefore could not be assembled. I called Customer Service immediately, as per s instructions. The person sent me an email and asked for photos, which I emailed immediately. I received a response to say that will replace the defective and damaged sofa. I finally got a replacement on 17 March: two men delivered and assembled the sofa for me. However, the back cushions were badly wrinkled. I tried steaming it as per advice but it did not work. I filled polyfill but it made no difference. I called again and got my replacement back cushions on 24 April 2022. Yes, it was a real ORDEAL in my getting this sofa. I read some reviews of poor customer service from . This was not my experience: customer service was excellent; the person I dealt with was very responsive. However, I do agree with some of the comments in various reviews: the product is manufactured in China. For the price (I think it could be 400 lower), the quality should be impeccable; must exercise greater quality control. The wrench provided is not good: it gets in the way of screwing in the legs. While one person can convert it into a bed, you need two people to assemble it. I love the design of this sofa. The quality is very good. Worth every penny.
It really is a quality item! The video on the description was spot on. So simple. Delivery was as well. It is a comfy couch in my opinion.
I read every review and concluded I agree about the firmness and size as a bed. It is very firm and some people will like that. However, we have all different people that come to visit, so we also ordered a thick pillow top with bell coolant for those who need it softer! Love it! No regrets. Me likey!
