Vary nice i set it up alone using the wall as support bringing pieces from outside haha box was super heavy btw but moved it just fine it helps keep my dog off my bed and space under desk is perfect for a mini fridge. Effective.
My daughter loves this bed! Its very sturdy and stylish. Such a great use of space. Love the flat steps on the ladder and the opening at the top. Also like that the rails are high and are only open at the feet. This one is nice and tall, providing a nicer area underneath, and my daughter wanted to be up high. The desk is a nice size and up against the end, so leaves a big seating area. Were happy with this piece of furniture! Easy as it says.
I have to say that this was a rather painless to build it and from what I can tell it seems solid in the sense that it will not fall apart and made from mostly material. Plus it gives you a ton of room. Only issue its it feels rickety when you are not top of the bed and I would not be sure how safe it is with more than two kids there. As long as they are not wiggle about excessively, I think it is safe enough. i might tie it to some of the studs to give it additional support but might be overkill. Only other issue was last portion with assembling the desk where it didnt have the best fit and the cork board was a bit of a challenge but overall experience not too bad. The guard rails are low with mattress so I would suggest this for only older kids that do not have tendency to fall out of bed but great for our 9 year old and he loves it. Just Buy It.
I was hesitant to buy this product because of all the bad reviews but I choose to listen to the good reviews and bought 2 beds.
Assembly time with 2 people was 2hrs, we took our time and followed instructions to a T. There was 1 hole that was drilled out of place but other than that Im very pleased with the product. There were some minor scratches on some of the parts but thats to be expected. Nice fit.
I bought this frame almost three years ago and it has survived three moves and a lot of abuse. It really is only meant for one person (Im a small, adult woman in tight quarters for grad school) but when you need extra space and dont mind a climb up and down for sleeping? Exceptional. Ive never felt unsafe or that it was going to come apart or anything. Putting it together is a little bit of a challenge, even with multiple people, but nothing some patience doesnt fix. Very sturdy.

No issues with either bed. Reviews that say the holes didnt line up/ problem there is people tightened the screws to much. As with anything you leave the screws loose and tighten all at the end. Had no problems. Plenty of space for the kids to sit up on the bed. Had both up in same room in 2 hours, and thats with kids helping and dismantling old bunk bed. Still love it.
