It is a beautiful chair, it just does not have a tall enough back for adequate support. The goal was to use this chair in my home office. The dimensions described on the website are not accurate. When I tried to return the chair, they offered a 30 discount but pay a shipping fee. when that was declined to offered for me to keep the chair at half price because as they said I was their VIP customer. Unless using this chair for someone who is the height of a toddler or for an animal to lay on, do not order. They need to update their specs and dont make this chair look like something that can be sat in in.
UPDATE: We updated the overall rating/The seller provided us a full refund so in all fairness we are pleased with the customer service that was provided. Good but not what I expected
liked look of it on the screen, however, much smaller than area purchased for; seat too low and somewhat lower on one side. Using it for a small space in basement. Like the look of a barrel chair, this one is just to small and not tall enough Happy to use it in that basement space. Debating if we are going to keep it or return it.
I love this chair. The color is spot on with the picture shown. Durable and very comfy. Not too soft and not too firm. It fits Me (mom) and my Mastiff/pit. Back pillow is removable but the bottom cushion is velcroed to the chair. I would to prefer to be able to flip the bottom cushion occasionally for even wear however the chair is not designed that way. I gave it five stars anyways for two reasons 1. That is just a personal preference not a design flaw. 2. The bottom cushion has a front panel, back panel and a side panel for depth. It is that side panel that just may give the illusion of even wear. We have no dislikes

I love this chair! I added some bling to the buttons to make it pop a bit more. It really is the showpiece of my living room. It is smaller than it looks butt still Comfortable and roomy. I gave it 4 stars because its a little lower than I would like to be. But its still beautiful! Exactly what I was looking for
