First, I love that there was no installation needed. Open the box and it ready to use. Love the 4 in one feature. If youre looking for a piece of furniture that goes from ottoman to chair/ recliner to bed using a small space dont skip this one.
I ordered two chairs. Unfortunately, one piece was broken. I contacted customer service and they fedexed a replacement chair without question! Chairs are just as advertised. They are wide and quite comfortable. It is easy to transition from a regular chair to a recliner for TV watching. There were a couple of screws that were hard to get started, but with a little patience they are quite easy to put together.
This little ottoman/ lounger/ bed is the perfect set up for my sons distance learning office (yes very "Harry Potter"
under the stairs cupboard idea). He folds it into the ottoman and sits to do classwork,lays it back to lounging to play video games, folds it out to bed to nap. It is very sturdy, but i did place an old yoga mat on wooden floors to help non slip "age". I have the worst back and this "bed" is perfect for that, as in it is harder than a rock! Or more like sleeping on wood floor with just a sheet under you for cushioning. Not soft at all,but does cushion your bones. I love this little ottoman. I feel like piece of furniture should do more than just 1 job.
A very nice concept, nice looking chair. Easy to follow assembly instructions. Great for small areas. Comfortable. Customer service is fast to respond.
So happy with these chairs. We needed an office but we needed beds for our grandkids so this was the perfect answer! The seats are not really cushy and soft but firm. When you sit in it, it feels very firm. For sleeping, I may put an egg crate foam piece down. The chair is a gorgeous blue and I am very satisfied.
