We ordered this chair as an accent chair, mostly for extra seating when we have company. The chair came mostly assembled. You only had to attach the seat. My husband did that in no time. The time-consuming part involved removing all the protective packaging, but I would have rather have too much packaging and not enough resulting in dents and dings. It arrived in good condition, no structural problems, no dents or dings. It is comfortable enough. I wouldn't sit in it on a regular basis, but it is totally satisfactory for guests. When it arrived, we had guests visiting, and we had each guest sit in it. All gave thumbs up. The only down side (hence the 4-star rating) is that I wish the manufacturer gave more options for cushion colors. We have toddler grandchildren, so I might Scotchguard the light fabric. We plan on ordering a second chair so we have a matching set.

I also like to put my feet up in the chair when Im sitting and I can in these seats. Theres lots of space in the chair. The seats are firm which I like, others may not agree. The assembly was easy with just a few minor tweaks. It says to put the bottom cushion on last. That was very difficult to get the bolt to line up. On the second chair I attached the two cushions first and the rest was much easier.

i spent a ton of time trying to find a comfy chair for my counseling office - this is it. well worth it.
Missing wooden pegs and assembly products
Do not know where to call to have assembly items sent to me. Do not want to return but cannot assemble without items.

Color of arms and legs way different from what is pictured here. Very uncomfortable chairs. Unfortunately would not recommend.
