I was nervous about purchasing due to some of the reviews, but we have be pleasantly surprised! It took just over an hour to install (mostly alone) and our children love the bed. My husband sleeps on it often and I lay on it with our youngest son every evening. We love the bed! It is ok for the use.
Taped up box, broken pieces, missing 5 total slats for the bottom bunk. It was like they sent us a returned bunk bed without all the parts. Assembly took 3 hours with 2 people and still didnt even finish it because we didnt have all the pieces we needed. Everything is tiny little Allen wrench screws, no real nuts and bolts. Disassembly will take 3 hours. Only buy if you plan on never moving. It looks like it might be okay long term but only time will tell. Multiple reviews about not holding up for kids even though it says the bottom bunk is rated for 450 lbs. not happy about having to call the maker and get the missing rod slats sent to me while my son sleeps on a couch until it gets here
I just got this bed for my boys. So far it is sturdy,and the assembly takes time. Do not be fooled by the picture this bed is big and beautiful. The boys love it. Better price available for same designs
Beautiful and sturdy bed. Assembly is complex with many parts, not for the faint of heart assembler. My husband I worked together for about 4 hours, tedious but worth the effort. very sturdy and stylish
Overall, the bed is really nice and sturdy. Worst part was that several frame pieces came slightly bent, so they put up a fight during assembly. It worked out fine, but combine a few bent pieces with a few off/centered bolt holes.well, hammers were used, lets leave it at that.
So long as you arent attached to the color you choose, then this bed is great. I ordered Navy but received grey. I did not attempt to contact anyone from the company for a replacement because I had already removed all the old furniture in anticipation of this product and I didnt want my children sleeping on the floor any longer than they already had. Again, thats my problem, not the company because I did Not attempt a return. The grey works ok anyhow though.
Shipping time was great, on time even with weather delays.
Easy assembly, only about 2.5 hours by myself. I will give this tip though, do NOT tighten any bolts until you have the full exterior frame together. Only leave them slightly screwed in, this will help everything fit together more easily.
I recommend a shorter mattress for the top, mine is a bit tall so I added an extra bed rail to help prevent my 7 year old from falling off.
Its a wonderful space saver and the kids love it. I will hopefully give an update on a few months to tell how it holds up to my rowdy munchkins.
Tall skinny packaging was a nice surprise, I was able to handle all steps by myself. It is sturdy and looks beautiful

Besides the thousand pieces that you had to put together, the bed was very sturdy and very pretty. The kids love it! Best quality product
Assembly is much easier with 2 people but it can be done alone
