I have never purchased a futon bed before, but when I receive this twin over full futon bed I was very pleased, easy to put together and I know my grandchildren will enjoy it for years to come I love it.
There were a few dents in the due to shipping. I noticed a few areas where the paint is already cracking. Assembly was not easy, took me 4 hours. This bed can be assembled so much easier that the booklet instructs. I assembled this myself but it would go much faster with two people. Slat frames could be assembled in their entirety, including the spacers, then attached to the bed. My problem being a short person, was the inability to reach the slats in the center to install the hooks after the bed was assembled. Do your self a favor and buy a folding allen wrench set. Bed seems sturdy. Modern, comfortable and great value
