I really like this chair. It looks really cute with my white and gold set up I have. Its definitely not a good chair for someone working from home all day because it does not have great back support. Also if you have wider hips you might not find it as comfortable to sit all the way back in the chair. Super easy to put together and is sturdy.. Definitely worth the money.
I did receive a product from (many reviews said they didnt). It was very easy to assemble if you dont hate having to put in a couple of screws. I needed a friend to push down on the seat to finish but overall, easier than furniture. Comfy, pretty, big (56, 200lbs). Im glad I got it.
This chair is so comfortable I feel like Im sitting on the couch. Not sure if it is the best for back support. But I love the baby pink color goes great with my office theme. Also cat approved!
After 3 weeks, chair started creeping down by itself, whether I was sitting in it or not, and Im nowhere near the weight capacity limit. I couldnt return since I tossed the box, assumed that because it was a , it would be great. support refers to support, who only handles mattresses, so I was at a dead end there. I flipped the chair upside down to get a model number to start looking for parts myself, and thats where theres a big sticker that says to call True Innovations for customer support. Nothing on the chair says at all, but the customer service guy at True Innovations was very helpful sent a replacement gas lift right away at no charge along with a couple YouTube links about how to replace the part. That guy was the best part of this experience. So the videos are about 1 minute each basically instruct to beat the chair parts with the side of a hammer til they come off, not super technical. I beat the chair with a rubber mallet (not wanting to hear metal-on-metal clanging), that didnt work. I tried pulling the star base in one direction while husband pulled in other direction, we both got hurt but it did nothing to loosen the chair parts. We resorted to following the directions and banging with a metal hammer, much to the joy of our neighbors terrified cats, still didnt come apart. Now I have a semi-new chair (that may or may not actually be a product) that creeps down by itself a new replacement gas lift that we cant put on the chair. Lots of good intentions here, but for now Im back in my old dining chair.
