There was a slight issue with the nuts and bolts contact is the seller customer service with excellent everything that straightened out in the bed once put together excellent Better than expected.
My wife ordered this for our daughter for Christmas. When it was delivered and I saw the size of the boxes I thought it was going to be a huge pain to put together. Once I got everything unboxed and laid out it ended up not being bad. Instructions were easy to read and the hardware bags were labeled good. I would definitely recommend if youre looking for a 3 bed bunk bed.
As others stated, plan on nearly a full day to assemble the bed as it definitely takes some time. We only had one issue with a wrong part being shipped, but the seller quickly responded and sent out the replacement part immediately, so top notch support. Once installed, the bed was sturdier than I expected it to be. We are happy with the purchase. Good,
I loved the fact that it gives the kids more space in the room but was not very sturdy and some pieces of wood were too short for the bed so I had to buy some from Home Depot, the quality is not too good either. Just as seen in the picture!!!
This is a very cute bed, but putting it together is a pain in the butt! The instructions are not clearly written and every single piece needs to be assembled. Not bad.
