the manual was good, and all components were sent with it to assemble, it was actually fun.
The chair is beautiful it seems very stable except the armrests are noisy dangling in short I dont like them .. otherwise ok .. the price is too high ... chair from 150 euros maximum for my taste ...
The chair arrived on time but as I started to assemble it, I noted a tear in the back. (I should have been suspicious, the packaging was damaged). I rang and the best they could do was replace the whole chair, but that would take weeks and was wasteful: all that was needed was a new back. I said I woukd speak to the manufacturers , and the guy (Asif) said he would call me back Tuesday (this was on Saturday). I contacted , who understood the problem, were happy to ship me just the damaged part, and by the following Friday, I had it and the chair was in use. No drama, Amber at showed just how good customer service can be! Thank You Amber!! Disappointingly, never did call back, I guess I am not important enough for them to waste customer service time on. If you want a good, comfortable chair, and you want to deal with a company that respects its customers, go direct to ....Anybody can look good when things go right, but its how they behave when things go wrong that couts. are excellent. just barely adequate.
I have the char now for about 2 years, its still quite a good chair. Nice net design, so chill in the summer. The hard rubber arm support could be a bit more soft.
After 2 years of usage or better abuse, i lower the chair half level multiple times a day and sit/lie down sideways like a roman emperor... so far all the mechanics holding up well. But i see that the connection where the back support is screwd in the base gets a bit loose, i could retighten the screws, but in a year or so it might snap ...
But for the price its a very decent chair :-)

Had to replace seat since sponge degraded within 8 months. Company acted quickly and replaced.
Was good for 8 months. After that the seat disintegrated. Company contacted me and replaced the seat without fuss.
Decent quality for the price
pretty sturdy, I preferred a chair with less moving parts (arm rest), keeping durability in mind. Good quality for the price (Rs 10000)

The recipient is a 145 cm tall girl for whom the chair is suitable in size. A little narrower would have been perfect but thats fine.
